We are excited to introduce our Ontario Homegrown Veal Menu!
The Ontario Homegrown Veal Menu is a Certified Program that works in close partnership with The Ontario Veal Farming Community to bring Homegrown Freshness to your menu. This program combined with our own in-house aging process ensures a unique high quality veal selection for your menu.
We asked the very people who made this program possible what they are most proud of about this project.

- “I’m proud to be part of the Ontario agriculture. Delft Blue is a leader in young animal development and our goal is to raise healthy animals in the best way possible.
- We care for our animals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We also make sure that we recycle wherever it’s possible. For example, we use the manure combined with other waste products to create electricity for our barns and 500 homes a year”.
