<h3>Gala raises over $15,000 for BSO</h3>
<p>The Brantford Symphony Orchestra held its annual fundraising gala Nov. 6. This year, the Black and White Ball offered up the finest of cuisine along with the smooth sounds of the Hamilton All-Star Jazz Band.</p>
<p><strong>Along with fine wine supplied by Huff Estates Winery, Chef Eric presented a main course of slow braised osso bucco, graciously donated by Delft Blue Veal of Cambridge. Along with Delft and other notable local corporate sponsors, the evening&#8217;s main sponsor was BMO, having donated $5,000 and volunteers to the evenings festivities.</strong></p>
