Traveling 401 West towards London.
When you have passed Guelph, there are two McDonalds and service stations on both sides of the highway.
The next exit after the service stations is Townline Road (Exit 286)
Turn left at Townline Road
Continue to follow Townline Road 1.2 km 2 mins
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Can-Amera Parkway 2.8 km 3 mins
Turn left at Franklin Boulevard 2.6 km 4 mins
Turn left at Clyde Road 0.8 km 1 min
Turn right at Dobbie Drive

From 401 West (from London)
Traveling 401 East towards Cambridge & Toronto.
Take the Franklin Boulevard (Exit 284) (It only goes right.)
Go down about 8 sets of and you’ll go under a railroad overpass.
